Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with this leading brand based in Reading who are looking for an experienced Head of HR Business Partnering. This is a newly created position managing a team of HR Business Partners and an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work within an evolving business driving visible change & transformation to build a strategically aligned and high performing People team.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a senior leadership position with significant scope and impact, playing a central role in turning people strategy into consistent, high-quality delivery that drives organisational performance, engagement and capability. Sitting on the HR SLT, the role will shape organisation wide people priorities and ensure HR Business Partners operate as trusted, commercially astute advisors to executive and senior leaders.

The role carries responsibility for ensuring all people activity aligns with organisational values, supports a positive employee experience and complies with UK employment legislation and governance requirements. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the People function, setting clear direction, standards and expectations across HR Business Partnering while also setting the strategic agenda for Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics.

Working closely with the CPO, you will influence operating models, workforce strategy and cultural priorities, while ensuring delivery remains consistent, robust and sustainable across diverse business areas. You will lead and develop a team of HRBP’s, enabling them to operate confidently at executive level and to provide insightful, pragmatic advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement and change.

The role also provides oversight and assurance on complex and high-risk people matters, including employee relations, restructures and transformation activity. You will be a senior People leader within a corporate setting with a strong background of HR Business Partnering at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, comfortable leading organisational change, and highly credible with executive stakeholders.

Above all, this role requires a values led leader with strong judgement, the ability to build high performing teams, and a passion for ensuring people practices actively enable business success. This is a rare opportunity to shape a modern, data-led People Delivery function and make a lasting impact at enterprise level. Based in Reading, the company operates a hybrid working policy and you would be expected to be in the office c.2 days/week. There will also be occasional travel in the UK.
