You’ll shape and elevate People Operations by:
- Building and developing a high‑performing People Operations team
- Delivering seamless HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Overseeing payroll accuracy, compliance, and partner relationships
- Owning HR systems and driving data quality
- Leading a 12‑month process improvement and automation programme
