People Operations Advisor
Are you a People Operations professional who thrives on creating efficient processes, delivering an exceptional employee experience, and driving operational excellence through technology?
We are partnering with an international consulting firm to recruit a People Operations Advisor to join their growing global People team. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, this is a highly visible role with responsibility for supporting global people operations, maintaining key HR systems, and coordinating a range of people-focused projects and initiatives across multiple regions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on HR operations with systems management, project coordination and continuous improvement. Experience with HiBob is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Global People Operations
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all people systems.
- Support the delivery of global people processes and annual HR cycles.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on people processes and systems queries.
HR Systems & Data Management
- Serve as a key administrator and super-user of HiBob, ensuring the system is accurate, efficient and user-friendly.
- Manage workflows, reporting, permissions and employee data within the HRIS.
- Produce people metrics, reports and insights to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, self-service functionality and operational efficiency.
Project & Coordination Responsibility
- Coordinate global people projects, ensuring actions, timelines and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to track progress and drive project outcomes.
- Support the rollout of new processes, initiatives and system enhancements.
- Communicate changes effectively and help embed new ways of working across the organisation.
Continuous Improvement
- Review and improve existing people processes, policies and documentation.
- Support change management activities related to systems, processes and organisational initiatives.
- Contribute to building scalable, efficient and employee-focused people operations practices globally.
About You
We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys both operational delivery and project coordination.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a People Operations, HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong experience using HiBob (essential).
- Experience supporting global or multi-country employee populations.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data.
- Experience producing reports and analysing people data.
- A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive positive change.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain systems and process changes clearly.
