Part Time Payroll & Benefits Specialist – Luxury Retail – £35-50 per hour plus holiday pay – 6 months FTC – Oxford Circus
Currently, they are creating a new role for someone to lead their payroll and benefits function in a part time capacity for 20 hours per week.
Qualifications:- Be available on a 2 week notice or less
- Be proficient on UK and international payroll (ideally Singapore, Italy, Germany)
- Have dealt with ADP (ideal not essential)
- Have strong vendor management skills
- Have had exposure to benefits and pensions
- Be confident to work in a sole role
- Be able to work from the office 1 day per week
- Enjoy compliance and looking at ways to troubleshoot and also streamline process
Although this role is a 6 month contract initially, it could become permanent for the right individual should they be able to demonstrate a strong ability to take ownership and drive the function forward.
