Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12‑Month FTC) Milton Keynes | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 WFH) £35,000-£40,000 + Bonus + Benefits Start: ASAP
Looking for your next step in Talent Acquisition? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well known, global organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You’ll take ownership of recruitment activity across the UK business and play a key role in shaping both candidate experience and hiring manager support. This is a standalone Talent role working closely with a collaborative HR team who are committed to improving processes and partnering effectively with the business.
This role would suit either a strong Talent Coordinator with some hands on sourcing experience, or a more experienced recruiter looking for a varied and autonomous internal role who enjoys managing processes end to end. You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload across manufacturing, head office and corporate functions. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to support and coach hiring managers are key.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the full recruitment process end‑to‑end
- Planning upcoming hires with HRBPs and Hiring Managers
- Attending weekly management meetings to discuss hiring updates
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting and job boards
- Screening CVs and supporting managers with shortlists
- Building strong relationships with agencies on the PSL
- Booking interviews and guiding managers throughout the process
- Delivering verbal offers and passing details to HR Ops
- Facilitating monthly new-starter inductions sessions including presenting the HR content
- Using Workday alongside manual tracking tools
About You
- Experienced in recruitment coordination
- Able to demonstrate experience across a range of functions – white and blue collar ideal
- Confident in managing a volume typically around 10-20 live roles at any one time
- A highly collaborative style to form close partnerships with HR function and stakeholders
