We’re partnering with a purpose‑driven organisation to find an experienced Learning Manager to join their Learning & Talent team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver relevant, accessible learning that builds capability, confidence and performance across the organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to embed learning into everyday working life, support onboarding and induction, and ensure development activity is visible, valued and aligned to business priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and delivering impactful learning solutions across technical, behavioural and compliance areas
- Supporting onboarding and induction for new joiners
- Tracking learning completion and evaluating impact using data and feedback
- Partnering with managers and stakeholders to embed learning into day‑to‑day performance
- Continuously improving the learner experience and promoting a strong learning culture
About you:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a complex or regulated environment
- Experience across telecoms, energy and financial services, although broader industry experience will be considered
- Confident engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical learning solutions
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Data‑driven mindset, using insight to measure impact and improve outcomes
- Passionate about creating engaging, accessible learning experiences
