You’ll work closely with recruiters and business support teams, delivering engaging training and helping users build confidence, capability and consistency in their day-to-day use of technology.

The Opportunity

As Systems Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering training across a range of business-critical systems, with a particular focus on CRM and recruitment technology. You’ll support both new starters and experienced users, helping them maximise productivity, improve data quality and adopt best-practice workflows. This role would suit someone who enjoys presenting, coaching and solving problems, and who thrives on seeing others succeed through effective technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging systems training to employees across multiple locations and teams
  • Facilitate onboarding programmes for new hires and ongoing upskilling initiatives
  • Train users on CRM best practice, workflows and data management
  • Create training guides, videos, documentation and self-service learning materials
  • Support users in understanding reporting, data quality and performance metrics
  • Deliver training on wider recruitment tools and technologies
  • Promote effective use of AI and Copilot tools to improve productivity
  • Support system enhancements, updates and feature releases
  • Identify recurring knowledge gaps and continuously improve training content

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience delivering systems, software or CRM training
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
  • Experience delivering virtual and face-to-face training
  • A proactive, user-focused approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience creating engaging training materials and learning resources

  • Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Recruitment technology environments
