We are working with a well-established professional services firm seeking a Senior Training Co-ordinator to support the development of early career talent and professional learners across the business. This is a highly collaborative role where you will take ownership of training activities, ensuring individuals are supported through structured development programmes and professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trainee and early career programmes across the organisation
- Align individuals to appropriate learning pathways and professional qualifications
- Coordinate study support, training schedules, and external providers
- Monitor progress, exam outcomes, and development milestones
- Act as the first point of contact for training-related queries
- Produce reporting on trainee progress, programme effectiveness, and CPD completion
