A leading professional services firm is hiring a senior People Operations professional to join its UK team. This is a hands-on, impactful role in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Reporting into a senior People Operations leader, this role partners closely with People Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Staffing and Payroll teams, providing end-to-end operational HR support and guidance.

The Role

You will take ownership of People Operations for designated client groups, delivering high-quality HR services across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires strong judgement, outstanding attention to detail, and confidence working with senior stakeholders in a hybrid, often remote, environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end People Operations for designated client groups
  • Advise on the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, relocations, leave and flexible working
  • Support performance management, absence cases and employee relations matters
  • Manage UK benefits administration and annual reviews
  • Maintain HR records, reporting and compliance with UK employment law
  • Support payroll, compensation cycles and HR projects
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Solid experience in HR / People Operations (professional services a plus)
  • Confident operating in a fast-moving, matrixed organisation
  • Strong attention to detail with sound judgement and a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, data and senior stakeholders
