Our client, a highly respected firm undergoing significant growth and change, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12‐month FTC. This is a pivotal role where you'll influence senior leadership, shape people strategy, and lead impactful organisational initiatives.
The Role
- As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll play a central role in designing and delivering the people agenda for your client group.
- This is a high‐profile, strategic position where you will:
- Provide expert HR counsel to senior stakeholders, challenging and guiding decision‐making to enhance organisational performance.
- Lead the creation and delivery of people plans aligned with business priorities and the wider People Strategy.
- Partner closely with the People Strategy and HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, employee‐focused solutions.
- Drive change and transformation programmes, ensuring strong planning, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Use people insights and data to set priorities, influence leaders, and shape future strategy.
- Oversee cyclical HR activities (e.g., performance management) across your client groups.
- Bring business insights back into HR to influence future priorities, frameworks, and programmes.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Advisors, setting clear standards and supporting their growth.
- Champion company culture and values, acting as an inspirational leader within both HR and the wider business.
- Support complex and high‐risk ER cases in partnership with the specialist ER team.
About You
We’re looking for a credible, influential HR leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery. You will bring:
- A proven track record in delivering an HR agenda aligned to business strategy – from diagnostic stage through to implementation.
- Significant experience in change and transformation, including organisation design, cultural change, and workforce planning.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and a global mindset, able to speak the language of the business.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Confidence working with data and people metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong external awareness and understanding of contemporary HR business partnering.
- Experience managing and developing HR professionals.
