A consulting client is seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function for its UK operations, supporting a workforce of around 150 employees. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with senior leaders while maintaining strong operational oversight.

You will act as the primary HR contact for the UK business, ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes and alignment with global frameworks. The role combines strategic input with day-to-day execution, covering organisational design, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations. You’ll also support talent initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, development planning and engagement activities.

Key responsibilities include managing ER matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, supporting compensation and benefits cycles, and maintaining accurate HR data and reporting. You will also contribute to learning and development programmes and capability-building initiatives across the organisation.

The ideal candidate brings strong HRBP or HR Generalist experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, ideally gained in a professional services environment. Experience of reporting into a European Head Office environment is highly valued. The client operates a hybrid model, with 3 days in the Central London office.
