We are working with a well‐established organisation undergoing an exciting period of change, and they are looking for a confident Senior HR Advisor to join their collaborative People team of 9.

Reporting directly to the People Director, you will provide hands‐on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations. This is a varied role where you will manage ER cases end‐to‐end, advise managers, and contribute to wider HR projects and process improvements.

We are looking for:

  • A strong generalist HR background.
  • Solid ER experience and ability to handle cases independently.
  • Experience within a highly commercial sector.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
