We are working with a wellâestablished organisation undergoing an exciting period of change, and they are looking for a confident Senior HR Advisor to join their collaborative People team of 9.
Reporting directly to the People Director, you will provide handsâon HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations. This is a varied role where you will manage ER cases endâtoâend, advise managers, and contribute to wider HR projects and process improvements.
We are looking for:
- A strong generalist HR background.
- Solid ER experience and ability to handle cases independently.
- Experience within a highly commercial sector.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
