We are partnering with an international financial services business on the hiring of a part-time HR Generalist. This role is responsible for supporting an EMEA wide population and will have a focus on:
- Day to day HR Admin, processes and HR projects including SMCR, culture initiatives, remuneration and talent initiatives.
- Leading on onboarding of new joiners, offboarding and annual regulatory checks.
- Updating HRIS on any employee changes.
- Leading on ER issues, guiding on performance, grievances and disciplinaries.
- Working with TA CoE, managing recruitment processes globally.
- Owning global payroll for two regions, with support from Payroll Manager.
- Updating handbooks as and when required.
As HR Generalist, you will have experience of:
- Operating within a financial services environment, knowledge of FCA and PRA regulations.
- Current knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience of operating as an HR Generalist within a SME and fast paced environment.
