Working closely with consultants, programme leaders, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering impactful learning interventions that support both individual and organisational performance.
The OpportunityAs Lead Trainer, you will lead the delivery of engaging and high-quality development programmes across a range of business transformation and capability initiatives. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, energetic, and practical learning environment, helping participants translate learning into real-world application. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of learning content, trainer capability, and programme effectiveness across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery

- Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Use participant feedback and programme evaluation data to refine and improve delivery approaches.
- Ensure learning interventions reflect best practice in adult learning and facilitation.
- Learning Design & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work collaboratively with Talent and Development teams to enhance programme content and learning materials.
- Provide insight from delivery experience to improve programme relevance and effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand evolving capability requirements.
- Support programme owners to ensure smooth and effective end-to-end delivery.
