I am delighted to recruit an HRIS Analyst on behalf of a fantastic brand located in the heart of London. In this role, you'll take full responsibility for the organisation's HRIS platform, acting as the central point for system configuration, workflow updates, reporting, and endâtoâend testing. You'll also provide ongoing support by investigating system issues, managing scheduled tasks, and suggesting alternative approaches where needed. HR reporting will also fall under your remit, encompassing gathering requirements, building, scheduling, and maintaining dashboards and reports for HR teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of handsâon HRIS experience, specifically within Workday
- Strong configuration on Workday HCM, experience with additional modules (such as payroll or talent)
- Skilled in building reports, creating calculated fields, and designing dashboards
- Confident in business process configuration and domain security
- Able to lead system changes and communicate effectively with both technical teams and nonâtechnical stakeholders
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information
The role offers a competitive package of up to ÂŁ65,000 p.a. on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
