An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of People Operations to join a high-growth international organisation with a global footprint spanning Europe, North America, APAC and the Middle East.
Reporting into the Global People Director, this newly elevated leadership role will oversee a global People Operations shared service function, supporting a workforce of over 450 employees across multiple international regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on People Operations leader who enjoys building scalable processes, developing junior talent, driving service excellence and using data and technology to enhance the employee experience.
The Role
As Head of People Operations, you will
- Lead and develop a People Operations team supporting employees across multiple global regions.
- Drive operational excellence across onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management and compliance.
- Oversee a shared service environment, ensuring high service standards and effective SLA management.
- Own People systems, reporting and workforce analytics.
- Lead payroll governance and operational controls.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and senior stakeholders globally.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Deliver meaningful insights through people data and reporting.
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have
- Experience leading a People Operations, HR Operations or Shared Services function.
- Strong employee lifecycle, compliance and governance expertise.
- Excellent HR systems and reporting capability.
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience creating executive-level reporting and insights.
- Previous people management experience, ideally supporting and developing junior team members.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience within an international organisation would be advantageous.
