You'll be joining a hyper‐scaling payments platform – one of the fastest‐growing in Europe – on a mission to simplify how businesses get paid. The HR function is growing rapidly too, and with that growth comes a surge in day‐to‐day employee relations needs. That's where you come in.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Employee Relations, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and wants to be the go‐to expert supporting a Head of HR who comes from a talent background and openly admits ER isn't their strong suit. You'll be the ER brain of the operation – confident, knowledgeable, and ready to handle a high volume of low‐level cases with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ER case management – Own a high‐volume caseload including sickness, lateness, conduct concerns, and informal performance issues.
  • Advise on employment law – Provide expert, up‐to‐date guidance to the Head of HR and managers across the business.
  • Support reasonable adjustments – Manage requests, assessments, and documentation with accuracy and empathy.
  • Coach managers – Build capability across the leadership population, helping them handle ER matters confidently.
  • Maintain ER documentation – Ensure all notes, letters, and outcomes are compliant and audit‐ready.
  • Spot trends – Identify recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions or policy updates.
  • Partner with HR – Work closely with the Head of HR to shape ER processes as the business scales.
