Are you a reward professional who enjoys working with data as much as people? We’re looking for an analytically‑minded Compensation Data Manager to join a high‑performing Reward team, reporting directly to the Head of Reward and take ownership of compensation analytics, regulatory reporting and remuneration governance within a leading financial services organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain compensation analytics, data models and dashboards.
- Lead remuneration data gathering and validation across HR, Finance and Payroll.
- Analyse pay data to identify trends, anomalies and equal pay insights.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Support incentive planning, benchmarking and executive reward projects.
About You
- Experience in Compensation, Reward or Reward Analytics.
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and translating data into insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Recent financial services experience is highly desirable.
