They’re looking for a switched on and personable Administrative Assistant to join the Office of the CEO and support his Principal EA in America. About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant in the Office of the CEO, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the CEO’s office, working closely with the Principal Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff. This is a highly visible role requiring discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment. You will be central to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the CEO’s office, supporting executive administration, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring seamless logistics for senior‑level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
