We're partnering with a well established, growing professional services business to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner into a pivotal, high impact role. Reporting into senior leadership, you will operate as a true HR Business Partner, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy while remaining close to day to day operations. This role offers a broad generalist remit, combining strategic influence with hands on delivery across a complex, evolving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance through people strategy
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance across all areas including ER, performance, and engagement
- Support and influence leadership capability, coaching managers to improve performance and retention
- Lead on change, transformation and organisational initiatives
- Oversee and manage complex employee relations matters in a fast paced environment
- Use data and insights to inform decision making and improve outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices
About You

- Proven experience in a senior HRBP / HR leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior level
- Experience in high volume, operational environments (e.g. contact centre, financial services, or similar)

- Confident, credible and resilient, with the ability to operate at pace
