As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Programme Manager to lead the design and delivery of strategic development initiatives across the business. The Role
As the Learning & Development Programme Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of development programmes ranging from leadership pathways to capability-building initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with organisational priorities and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning programmes.
- Conduct needs analyses and translate insights into meaningful development solutions.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure learning initiatives support business goals.
- Manage programme logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with and oversee external training providers.
