I am delighted to be working with a leading global organisation that delivers offshore projects and services within the energy sector, in addition to supporting the growth of renewable energy. They are looking to recruit a Programme Learning Specialist to join their team and continue to drive the future of learning within the business across a global remit.

As the business goes through an exciting transformation, they view learning and development as a key element to supporting this and the future potential of the employees. As Programme Learning Specialist, you will sit in the Group function and report to the Director of Learning and OD; the role covers the global corporate functions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to oversee the design, development and delivery of the learning programme portfolio.
  • Work with external partners and providers to design, adapt and develop new learning programmes.
  • Manage the updates of capability frameworks and work with HRBP’s to help embed new processes and increase engagement.
  • Be a crucial member of the project team to run the annual learning campaigns globally.

As a learning specialist, you will have experience working in a global matrix style organisation creating and delivering learning programmes across a corporate audience. You will be used to working with blended solutions and collaborating with external partners to develop and improve programmes. You will have experience delivering learning programmes and participating in wider learning and development initiatives.

Naturally, you have an enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in personal development. You are confident in communicating and working with senior stakeholders across a global business. Learning is at the heart of this business and runs as a key thread through all activities and team objectives.

Location: Greater South London – train line with 5min walk to offices or accessible via car. Hybrid model – 4 days a week in office. Salary: Competitive plus car allowance.
