My client a leading global law firm are looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract based in their Birmingham office.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as a project coordinator for virtual and in-person training
- Creating and sending out training invitations
- Tracking attendance and reporting on discrepancies
- Overseeing the implementation of learning paths for cohorts
- Assisting with pre-programme logistics eg: creating excel documents, scheduling planning meetings and creating zoom meetings
- Supporting with the creation and production of digital and printed training program materials
- Supporting with the delivery of firm-wide live and remote learning programmes
- Coordination of post-programme follow ups such as scheduling debriefs and summarizing programme evaluations
- Managing the budgets and tracking expenditure
To carry out this role you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with professional development
- Proven competency in software applications and technology skills, including MS Office
- Experience working with a learning management system preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
