My client a leading global law firm are looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract based in their Birmingham office.

Your duties will include:

  • Acting as a project coordinator for virtual and in-person training
  • Creating and sending out training invitations
  • Tracking attendance and reporting on discrepancies
  • Overseeing the implementation of learning paths for cohorts
  • Assisting with pre-programme logistics eg: creating excel documents, scheduling planning meetings and creating zoom meetings
  • Supporting with the creation and production of digital and printed training program materials
  • Supporting with the delivery of firm-wide live and remote learning programmes
  • Coordination of post-programme follow ups such as scheduling debriefs and summarizing programme evaluations
  • Managing the budgets and tracking expenditure

To carry out this role you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with professional development
  • Proven competency in software applications and technology skills, including MS Office
  • Experience working with a learning management system preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
