About the Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building capability across our clients retail teams. You will deliver engaging learning interventions, coach colleagues in‑store, and support retail leadership in enhancing performance and customer experience. This role blends hands‑on delivery with development work and requires regular travel across store locations, alongside collaboration with the People team at Head Office. It is ideal for someone energised by coaching others, passionate about empowering retail teams, and motivated by seeing behaviour and performance improve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training and coaching across stores, improving product knowledge, service capability and selling confidence.
  • Facilitate group learning sessions and support the rollout of learning initiatives across the retail estate.
  • Work closely with Store and Area Managers to identify development needs and provide targeted support.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of learning materials and resources.
  • Maintain clear communication with Area Managers and People partners following store visits, sharing key feedback and insights.
  • Champion the company’s values and act as a positive ambassador for colleague development.
