A growing Consulting firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to deliver a high-quality, people-focused HR service across its UK workforce, while supporting global people operations.

The Role

Reporting to the Global People Director, you will lead HR advisory and operations activity, manage a small team, and act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters. You will also drive consistency across HR processes, systems and the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop HR and People Operations team members
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and coach managers
  • Line Management of 2 Junior Employees
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policy
  • Support performance, engagement and people initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and effective use of HR systems and data

About You

  • Proven HR Manager or senior generalist experience within Professional Services is essential
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases
  • Confident coaching and influencing managers
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and data
  • Desirable CIPD qualification
  • Experience in fast-paced or global environments
