Our client is a rapidly growing international agency with teams across the UK, US, and Australia.

As they scale and continue to grow they are looking for a part‑time HR Business Partner or HR Manager on a 12 month FTC to join the team in a newly created role to work directly with the senior leadership team in shaping the people strategy and building a strong HR global foundation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner to join our clients London team on a part‑time basis (2 or 3 days a week) for a 12 month FTC.

This is both a strategic and hands‑on position, ideal for someone who enjoys operating with autonomy while providing expert guidance to leaders and managers.

You’ll be the senior HR voice in the business, driving people strategy, supporting leaders, and ensuring they remain compliant, consistent, and well‑equipped to attract and retain talented people.

Responsibilities include

  • Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational design, identifying HR needs and implementing solutions
  • Provide expert advice on performance, conduct, capability, and wellbeing matters.
  • Coach managers to build confidence and consistency in people management.
  • Lead on complex ER cases
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on streamlined, effective hiring processes.
  • Lead contract creation, induction planning and probation processes.
  • Support talent and succession planning to enable strong team growth.
  • Maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee payroll inputs and liaise with external providers.
  • Shape and support performance management processes as well as identifying any L&D opportunities.
  • Support engagement, wellbeing and internal communications initiatives.
  • Help embed company values into day‑to‑day behaviours and people processes.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, senior HR generalist who can balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery.

You’ll be someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and bring sound judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.

We’re ideally looking for someone coming from a start up or scaling environment and who understands working in a high growth, fast paced environment.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience at Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making informed recommendations.
  • Experience navigating complex employee relations matters.
  • Excellent communication, judgement, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience in small or scaling businesses is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a commitment to high‑quality HR support.
