They are seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the recruitment and resourcing strategy across the organisation. About the Role
You will lead the Talent function within a well‑established HR team of 14, supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role offers both strategic responsibility and the chance to influence meaningful change within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver firm‑wide recruitment and talent strategies aligned with business needs, legislation, GDPR and DE&I commitments.
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring plans and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Oversee all aspects of the hiring process: attraction, advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Use analytics to track recruitment trends, enhance processes and inform decision‑making.
- Manage the recruitment budget, monitoring ROI and ensuring commercial best practice.
- Support teams across the business with retention planning and reducing voluntary attrition.
- Lead market data reviews and support annual remuneration processes.
- Ensure fair, inclusive and consistent recruitment practices that support a positive candidate journey.
- Oversee talent‑related marketing including careers content, advertising channels and social media initiatives.
About You
