We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide highly organised, proactive and discreet support to the senior leadership team within a fast‑paced, international organisation. You’ll be working closely with multiple members of the C‑suite, ensuring their priorities run smoothly, their time is protected and they’re set up for success every day. This role requires exceptional organisation, strong judgement and the ability to manage several high‑level relationships with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll deliver seamless, high‑quality support across diaries, international travel, meetings, communication and coordination.
  • You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems early and help C‑suite leaders stay focused.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex, fast‑moving diaries for several C‑suite executives, protecting focus time and anticipating scheduling needs.
  • Coordinating UK and European travel, adapting quickly to changes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Preparing and supporting key meetings, creating agendas, materials, attendee coordination and tracking actions.
  • Acting as a professional, trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling executive admin support including expenses, documentation and structured record‑keeping.
  • Streamlining routines and improving coordination across C‑suite workflows.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a calm, solutions‑focused approach and enjoy creating order around senior leaders with demanding schedules.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting at C-Suite level in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Is confident managing multiple C‑suite calendars and conflicting priorities.
  • Communicates clearly, professionally and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Handles sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgement.
  • Is proactive, anticipatory and able to stay ahead of shifting priorities.
  • Builds strong working relationships and navigates senior‑level interactions comfortably.
  • Is confident with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
