Dartford | Predominantly Office-Based

£50,000 – £65,000 annual salary equivalent

We’re looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner to complete a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role will help embed a strong ER strategy and support a high-volume ER caseload whilst the business adjusts to a period of change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior stakeholders to provide guidance, challenge and influence decisions
• Support ongoing ER strategy
• Manage complex ER cases independently, including complex long-term absence

What We’re Looking For:

• ER experience at Advisor or Business Partner level
• Strong UK employment law knowledge and high-volume case management
• Commutable to Dartford area
• Available immediately or on a short notice
• Background in blue collar industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or similar preferred
