Are you an experienced HR Operations professional who thrives in a standalone role? Have you supported multi-country EMEA populations and feel confident operating from hands‑on delivery to Board‑level interaction? Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with an exciting scale‑up organisation seeking an EMEA HR Operations Specialist. This fully remote position (UK‑based) offers the chance to become the operational backbone of a growing People function while supporting a diverse employee group of around 80 colleagues across 9 EMEA countries. Our client takes a lean, modern and intelligent approach to People Operations, prioritising clarity, scalability and simplicity. You’ll ensure strong foundations while continuously improving how People Operations runs globally.
The Role
You will hold end‑to‑end accountability for People Operations, acting as the go‑to expert for systems, processes, documentation and employee lifecycle activities. Your work will ensure the VP People can focus on strategic growth and organisational evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End People Operations
- Own and refine the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal changes, compensation updates and offboarding.
- Deliver accurate, timely and clear documentation, including contracts and salary memos.
- Maintain consistent operational standards across all regions.
- Build processes that scale through simplicity, not bureaucracy.
- Policy & Documentation
- Shape and maintain People policies that are relevant, practical and compliant.
- Remove unnecessary or outdated documentation.
- Create clear playbooks and guides that enable confident self‑service.
- Systems, Optimisation & Automation
- Oversee core People systems including HRIS, onboarding tools and benefits platforms.
- Safeguard data integrity and workflow consistency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
- Lead thoughtful adoption of new technologies, including AI, to reduce manual workload.
Experience & Capabilities
You will bring:
- Strong experience in an HR Operations role with EMEA coverage.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with US employment and benefits (desirable but not essential).
- Fluency in English; a second language such as Italian, Danish or Romanian is a plus.
