We are delighted to be working with one of the brightest names in quant/systematic trading to find them an EMEA/APAC Benefits Manager. This amazing organisation continues to scale and expand their geographic coverage (now approaching 20 offices globally) and employ some of the brightest individuals in algorithmic trading.

As their Benefits Manager, you will take ownership of the firm’s benefits across their EMEA/APAC footprint to deliver a cohesive, data‑driven, and forward‑looking benefits offering. The remit spans vendor management, utilisation analysis, and the harmonisation of benefits across new and existing territories as the business continues to grow.

You will play a central role in shaping regional programmes, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business needs and that awareness and engagement remain high across diverse geographies. The firm places significant value on the employee experience within its benefits ecosystem and is seeking someone who can elevate engagement through thoughtful design, strong communication and effective use of technology to create a seamless, intuitive user experience.

A key focus of the role is the development of clear, compelling communication strategies that support employees in navigating their benefits choices, while also equipping stakeholders with the insights they need to drive informed decision‑making.

Given the pace of expansion, the business is particularly interested in meeting benefits professionals from fast‑growing, high‑change environments, ideally within the fintech or wider tech sector, who are comfortable shifting priorities and operating with agility as new locations come online.

In addition to the above base salary there is a substantial annual bonus. Location: Bond Street.
