We are partnering with a global law firm to recruit an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant to join their Early Careers team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. While the role is offered as a fixed-term contract, there is a strong possibility of extension or a longer-term opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, HR or Early Careers experience to join a supportive and collaborative team, gaining exposure to a range of high-profile graduate and apprentice recruitment programmes.

The Role

Working closely with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will support the delivery of a seamless recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding. You will play a key role in recruiting and supporting Trainee Solicitors, Vacation Scheme Students and Solicitor Apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting end-to-end Early Careers recruitment activity
  • Assist with managing vacation scheme applications and assessment centres
  • Coordinating interviews and recruitment events
  • Managing candidate communications and delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Assisting with offer management and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and documentation
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Providing administrative and coordination support across the Early Careers team

About You

We are keen to hear from individuals who:

  • Have previous recruitment, Early Careers, HR or recruitment coordination experience
  • Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues

Previous Early Careers recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we are also open to candidates from broader recruitment or HR backgrounds.
