Key Responsibilities

  • Support graduate, apprentice, internship and work experience recruitment programmes.
  • Coordinate assessment centres, careers events, outreach activities and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding processes and communications for future joiners.
  • Act as a first point of contact for trainee and apprentice queries.
  • Maintain recruitment and development trackers, records and reporting.
  • Support programme events, inductions and stakeholder engagement across the business.
  • Assist with process improvements and HR projects.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
