Our client is a fast-growing, high-energy business with a collaborative, low-ego culture where people are trusted to get on and make things happen. They’re scaling quickly and need someone who can keep pace, stay organised, and support senior leaders in a really hands-on way. They’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support both the CEO and Chief People Officer in a 50/50 split role. With lots going on and priorities shifting fast, they need someone who can bring structure, stay one step ahead, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone to join on a 3 month FTC with potential of the role turning into a permanent position. The role is 5 days on site with offices based near Liverpool Street Station.

About the role

This is a busy, varied EA role where no two days look the same. You’ll be right at the centre of the business, supporting two senior leaders and helping them stay focused, organised, and prepared. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on responsibility, and likes being relied on as a key go-to person.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Scheduling meetings, resolving clashes, and making smart calls on priorities
  • Preparing agendas, briefing notes, and pre-read materials
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel end-to-end (flights, hotels, visas, transport)
  • Building detailed itineraries that cover every detail
  • Managing expenses and ensuring everything is reconciled on time
  • Acting as a first point of contact for senior stakeholders, including board members and investors
  • Drafting and managing correspondence on behalf of both leaders
  • Supporting board meetings, leadership offsites, and company events
  • Helping plan internal initiatives and team activities
  • Spotting issues early and proactively solving problems before they escape

About you

We’re looking for an experienced EA who’s comfortable working with senior stakeholders and used to operating in fast-paced environments. You’re proactive, switched on, and don’t wait to be told what to do, you naturally stay one step ahead. You’re someone who takes pride in your work, stays calm under pressure, and who can juggle multiple priorities at once.
