As the organisation continues to expand internationally and enters new markets, they are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to play a key role in shaping and evolving their global reward strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join a growing HR function and take ownership of compensation frameworks, executive reward structures and annual remuneration processes across a highly international workforce. Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax and Payroll, providing specialist reward expertise and helping to drive a modern, scalable compensation framework that supports continued business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing and implementing compensation strategies, salary structures and pay frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring effective governance and execution
- Supporting the design and administration of executive compensation structures, including short‑term and long‑term incentive programmes
- Conducting market benchmarking, compensation analysis and reward modelling to support business decision‑making
- Producing management reporting, reward analytics and compensation insights for senior stakeholders
- Reviewing and enhancing compensation policies, processes and governance frameworks
- Providing expert advice to business leaders, HR partners and senior executives on compensation‑related matters
- Ensuring compliance with relevant tax, regulatory and remuneration requirements across international markets
- Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Payroll and external advisers on reward‑related projects
- Supporting the continued development of reward tools, systems and ways of working
The successful candidate will bring:
- A minimum of five years’ experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or Reward Analytics
- Strong technical compensation expertise gained within an international or complex matrix environment
- Experience managing salary review and bonus processes across multiple countries
- Excellent analytical and numerical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Strong market benchmarking and job evaluation experience
- The ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic, commercial and solutions‑focused approach
- Experience working with HR systems and reward technologies, ideally including Workday
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate autonomously
- Experience within financial services, private equity, professional services, consulting or other fast‑paced commercial environments would be advantageous
