We’re working with a leading Professional Services organisation based in Cardiff who are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Senior People Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with managers and employees to deliver effective HR solutions and drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and support to a dedicated client group.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals.
- Support long-term absence and capability cases.
- Advise on family leave entitlements and processes.
- Review and update policies and procedures.
- Collaborate on cyclical activities such as appraisals and salary reviews.
About You
- Strong understanding of UK employment law.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred.
