We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, supporting the hiring of specialist talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll shape and deliver effective hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from approval through to offer
- Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of direct sourcing techniques
- Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating selection processes
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
- Supporting employer branding and attraction strategies, including social media activity
- Providing market insight and recruitment best practice advice
