Frazer Jones is partnering with a well‑established organisation in Bristol who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed‑term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on, generalist HR professional to join a busy HR team and make an immediate impact, particularly across Employee Relations and stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of Employee Relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
- Providing practical, solutions‑focused HR advice to managers across the organisation
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation
- Building strong relationships to ensure effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Supporting the wider HR team with generalist activity and ongoing projects
What you’ll need
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
- Strong capability in handling Employee Relations cases end‑to‑end
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Able to work at pace and manage a varied workload
