The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and shaping people plans that drive performance, engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives.
- Support organisational design and workforce planning.
- Partner with Reward, HR Operations, Finance and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage senior-level ER issues and the promotions process.
- Drive engagement activity, including survey action planning.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead HR projects and contribute to broader HR collaboration.
- Minimum two years’ experience as an HRBP, in professional services.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
