I’m looking for a dynamic Early Talent professional to shape, deliver and elevate our clients’ graduate attraction and recruitment strategy. If you love project ownership, building relationships and creating standout candidate experiences, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver engaging early‑talent marketing and attraction campaigns (virtual & in‑person)
- Partner with top universities, diversity organisations and branding agencies
- Collaborate with social media and PR teams to create standout content
- Lead graduate events, insight sessions and fairs
- Plan and run assessment centres, providing clear and supportive candidate feedback
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Ensure right‑to‑work compliance for international applicants
- Manage candidates through the ATS and help shape the EVP across attraction materials
