We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Benefits Assistant on a permanent basis in central London. Reporting to a Benefits Lead and working within a team of five, you will support a headcount of approximately 3,000 across EMEA and the delivery of employee benefits programmes, ensuring processes are administered efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update benefits data across HR systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support enrolments and changes, liaising with providers.
  • Assist with reporting and project work to support wider team objectives.
  • Manage high volume of work due to multiple geographies, handling annual enrolment throughout the year.
  • Drive process improvement and automation, reducing manual processes.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be highly organised and detail oriented, comfortable managing senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact for employee queries, proactively following up on outstanding information and ensuring deadlines are met. Prior Benefits Administration experience is required.
