They support a hybrid working model, promoting healthy work/life balance.Working as a part of an entrepreneurial team you will have the opportunity to:Help deliver some of the most engaginglarge-scale projects in the country.Help with instrumental advice on flagship projects.Find rewarding work in the challenging space of a market-leading global business.Develop your career in amongst a motivated and growing team of specialist procurement and other consultants.Responsibilities and Duties This Senior Procurement Consultant\’s main responsibilities will be:Providing specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.Managing and collaborating with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.Supporting the development of the London team\’s procurement services.Supporting the delivery of both team and wider business targets.Supporting bid preparation and proposal documentation and supporting the work-winning capability of the Contract Services team.Procurement delivery and commercial strategies from inception to contract awardAbility to develop tender and contract documentation and management of the tender process though to contract awardDesired Skills and Experience Ability to develop procurement strategy within a project or programme context.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Understanding of commercial principles and modelling.Delivery of strategy and/or development of documentation in a capital project or programme environment.Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.A strong background in tender preparation and development of respective documents in relevant sectors (including design and preparation of the process and key documentation).Experience of leading and/or supporting in supplier engagement activities, to include market engagement through to contract award.Cross sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.Experience of using a range of standard form contracts including NEC and JCT, developing terms, negotiation and award.Qualifications/Educational Requirements Have achieved or be working towards MCIPs accreditation.Preferably possess a degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.Employing Company Overview and Profile This international company is one of the top multidisciplinary consultancies in today\’s market offering exciting global opportunities with a growing world-class team.
