The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

You will be joining a busy Central London office and have scope to work on various types of projects including Commercial, High Rise, Residential, Retail, and Corporate Real Estate, ranging from new build to fit out projects of various sizes. Your duties will encompass the full range of the Professional Quantity Surveyor function including being responsible for the following duties along with potential management of more junior members of staff:

  • Tender enquiry documents
  • Bills of Quantity
  • Take offs
  • Feasibility reports
  • Valuations
  • Cost/Value reconciliations

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience working for a Top consultancy is preferred but not essential
  • Main Contracting Experience is also considered for the right candidate

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  • Chartership of a recognised professional body is ideal, or a strong ambition to become chartered is essential.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent is preferred
