A Senior Planner / Associate Director is required to join a market leading construction claims consultancy in their Central London office. You will work predominantly on building sector projects using your delay analysis / forensic planning experience. Many of your clients will be major UK contractors so experience of planning on building projects is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your role will be to support first class claims services that the consultancy provides to blue chip clients in the UK construction industry. You will use your planning and programming skills on major and minor claims on construction projects using relevant programmes for delay analysis and extensions of time. The successful candidate will be an industry practitioner and specialise in construction planning, with live project experience. You should also have delay analysis experience whether it be on a live project basis, or latter stages of a formal dispute.
