How to prepare for a job interview at Maxim Recruitment
✨Know Your Projects
Before the interview, brush up on the projects you've managed in the past. Be ready to discuss specific challenges you faced and how you overcame them. This shows your practical experience and problem-solving skills, which are crucial for a Project Manager.
✨Understand the Contracts
Familiarise yourself with NEC and ICC/ICE Contracts. If you can demonstrate your knowledge of these during the interview, it will set you apart from other candidates. Prepare examples of how you've applied this knowledge in previous roles.
✨Showcase Your Qualifications
Make sure to highlight your relevant qualifications, like your HND/HNC/BEng and SMSTS certification. Bring copies of your certificates to the interview, as this not only proves your credentials but also shows you're organised and prepared.
✨First Aid Knowledge is Key
While a First Aid qualification is desirable, showing that you understand its importance in project management can be a plus. Discuss any first aid training you've had and how it could benefit the team and project safety.
