Part of your role will be to assist in the procurement of subcontractors up to the value of £1.5m, while reporting to the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor as well as the below duties:
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Conduct and assist with valuations
- Conduct and assist with measurement
- Assist with cost value reconciliations
- Conduct and assist with interim main contract valuations
- Assist with change schedule management
- Assist with variations (compensation/ additional time/ additional works)
- Conduct and assist with pricing compensation
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Sub-contractor or Main Contractor experience is considered
- Experience on build projects is preferred
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desired but not essential
