The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Part of your role will be to assist in the procurement of subcontractors up to the value of £1.5m, while reporting to the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor as well as the below duties:

  • Contract administration
  • Subcontractor management
  • Conduct and assist with valuations
  • Conduct and assist with measurement
  • Assist with cost value reconciliations
  • Conduct and assist with interim main contract valuations
  • Assist with change schedule management
  • Assist with variations (compensation/ additional time/ additional works)
  • Conduct and assist with pricing compensation

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Sub-contractor or Main Contractor experience is considered
  • Experience on build projects is preferred

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desired but not essential
