Lead and grow an established Delay construction disputes division of a premium global consulting firm. The consultancy offers premium expert advisory services for large-scale, high-value construction projects, with a hands-on approach to contract disputes, litigation support, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. The team comprises seasoned delay experts who resolve contractual issues and deliver practical solutions to mitigate risk and enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Play a pivotal role in the UK leadership team, leading the Delay Expert team.
- Lead a team of dispute resolution professionals including consultants and experienced experts.
- Provide expert witness testimony.
- Represent law firms, insurers and employers in high-value disputes and arbitrations worth multiple millions of pounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Support recruitment, training and development, and retention of staff.

- Experience acting as an expert witness in delay
- A progressive career trajectory with a strong track record in forensic delay analysis
- Experience testifying
- Experience of cross-examination is highly desirable
