Maxim Recruitment is looking for an Associate Director to join their team in Leicester. The successful candidate will be a chartered quantity surveyor (MRICS) and be responsible for managing a team while overseeing multiple projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director and will be involved in cost management for various new build and refurbishment projects, along with mentoring junior surveyors. The position may allow for working from home a few days a week by agreement.
