An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is being sought by a top tier Main Contractor to work from their Hebburn office in North East England. The successful candidate will work on a £12m new build school project in Teeside.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Conducting measurements
- Cost value reconciliations
- Variations (compensation/additional time/additional works)
- Preparation of claims
- Preparation of final accounts
- Issuing Interim payments certificates

Qualifications/Educational Requirements
A degree or similar equivalent in quantity surveying or alternative relevant discipline is highly desirable, but not essential for this role.
